Quick Facts

  • Crocs holds the No. 1 footwear position on TikTok Shop in the U.S., while Heydude ranks No. 2
  • Heydude’s DTC sales grew over 7% in Q4 2024, with women aged 18-24 driving 160% growth
  • TikTok Shop’s U.S. sales reached $15.82 billion in 2025, capturing 18.2% of total social commerce

Crocs and Heydude have captured the top two footwear positions on TikTok Shop, driving direct-to-consumer growth for both brands owned by Crocs Inc.

CEO Andrew Rees said Crocs maintains its position as the No. 1 footwear brand on TikTok Shop in the U.S. The company anticipates “significant future growth in social selling, including on this platform.”

The social commerce success has boosted Heydude’s DTC performance. The brand’s DTC sales jumped over 7% in Q4 2024 to $133 million, even as total Heydude revenues remained flat at $228 million due to wholesale declines.

Young women drove Heydude’s growth. Sales to women aged 18-24 surged 160% in Q4, powered by the Wendy Slipper and Austin Lift styles.

TikTok Shop’s explosive growth provides the backdrop for both brands’ social commerce success. The platform’s U.S. sales grew 407% in 2024 and another 108% in 2025 to reach $15.82 billion. TikTok Shop now commands 18.2% of total U.S. social commerce, with projections to hit 24.1% by 2027.

Crocs launched its biggest TikTok Shop campaign in October 2025 with “Croctober,” livestreaming content 24 hours a day for all 31 days. The results exceeded expectations from both companies, delivering “very high margins and high full-price selling,” according to earnings commentary.

The company plans to expand social commerce globally. Crocs recently launched on TikTok Shop in the U.K., where “results have been strong out of the gate,” Rees said.

For full-year 2024, Crocs brand revenues grew 8.8% to $3.278 billion, while Heydude revenues declined 13.2% to $824 million. The company expects 2026 revenues to fall about 1% or rise slightly compared to 2025.
