Remedy Place launched its first at-home injectable product with the debut of a smart NAD+ injection pen. The wellness club’s founder Dr. Jonathan Leary said the pen addresses accessibility issues with the company’s most popular service.

“NAD is our most-booked shot and IV,” Leary said. “Ongoing demand has outpaced everything else in the business. The only complaint we have is that it’s so expensive, and hard to maintain.”

The clinical-grade NAD+ Smart Pen contains 1,000 mg and marks Remedy Place’s first product customers can purchase outside of its four clinic locations. Traditional NAD IV treatments take four hours and cost significantly more than the at-home pen option.

Leary has used NAD with patients for almost 10 years. He partnered with a technology company after learning about smart pen capabilities and pricing that made at-home delivery viable.

“The pen is a way for Remedy to reach people beyond our four walls,” Leary said.

The NADSQx Smart Pen features dosage options of 50mg, 75mg, 100mg, or 125mg with anti-counterfeit safeguards. Customers can buy single, double, or triple packs containing 1,000mg to 3,000mg total.

Smart peptide pens could follow the NAD launch. When asked about expanding into peptides, Leary remained cryptic but expressed strong interest in the category.

“I’ve been using peptides personally for a very long time. I feel very strongly about them,” Leary said. “I want to make a lot of these things mainstream.”

The global injection pen market reached $47 billion in 2025 and is projected to grow at 7.9% annually through 2030. Smart connectivity features and mobile health integration drive adoption of advanced injection devices.

Remedy Place operates four locations in New York, Los Angeles, and Boston as what it calls the “world’s first social wellness club.”
