Foot Locker Partners with DoorDash for On-Demand Delivery Across 1,300 Stores

Quick Facts

  • Foot Locker partners with DoorDash to deliver from nearly 1,300 U.S. stores across three banners
  • Launch promotions offer $25 off orders of $100 or more at Foot Locker through March 22
  • More than 30% of DoorDash’s monthly active users shop across grocery and retail categories

Foot Locker launched on-demand delivery through DoorDash on March 19, bringing footwear, apparel and accessories from nearly 1,300 stores to the delivery platform. The partnership includes Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs Sports locations across the United States.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re always looking for new ways to make their shopping experience for sneakers, apparel, and accessories seamless and accessible,” said Melissa Krauss, VP of Strategy at Foot Locker.

DoorDash offers launch promotions through March 22, including $25 off orders of $100 or more for Foot Locker and $20 off orders of $80 or more for Kids Foot Locker and Champs Sports. The brands are also available through DashPass, DoorDash’s membership program.

The partnership comes as DoorDash expands beyond food delivery into retail categories. More than 30% of DoorDash’s monthly active users in the U.S. shop across grocery and retail categories. In 2025, DoorDash became the leading third-party marketplace in order volume across grocery and retail in the United States.

Multiple retail partners joined DoorDash in 2025, including DSW, Family Dollar, Old Navy, and PacSun. The company expects grocery and retail unit economics to turn positive in the second half of 2026.

Dick’s Sporting Goods acquired Foot Locker last year for $2.5 billion. CEO Lauren Hobart projects Foot Locker comparable sales growth of 1% to 3% and operating profit of $100 million to $150 million in 2026.

“This is a relatively small step and it won’t make a material difference to the trajectory of the company,” said Neil Saunders, managing director of GlobalData. “However, it’s a sound move that increases convenience for customers that need it and gives Foot Locker more of a presence in the quick commerce channel.”

The combined Dick’s and Foot Locker entity projects revenues of $17 billion with more than 3,200 stores in fiscal 2026. For its fiscal fourth quarter ended Jan. 31, Dick’s reported net sales increased 59.9% year over year to $6.23 billion, reflecting the Foot Locker acquisition.
