The Austin-based company generated $500 million in annual revenue in 2023, marking a 20% increase from the previous year. The brand has now reported 19 consecutive quarters of positive revenue gains, with 2025 tracking ahead of expectations across both stores and e-commerce.
Campus Program Drives Results
Kendra Scott’s campus ambassador program managed 200 influencers across 100 college campuses through SocialLadder’s platform. The initiative increased engagement value per post by 104% and boosted overall impressions by 169%.
The brand also executed a three-part #RushTok campaign that included a college campus tour, AR video activation and philanthropic donation. The effort generated viral coverage with significant impact on social engagement, particularly on TikTok.
Technology Fuels Customer Engagement
The company’s AI Copilot tool answers 93% of customer inquiries and influences 6% of e-commerce sales. Kendra Scott reported a 160% increase in revenues from interactions with the AI tool.
“We start with our specific consumer and how we’re going to connect with her,” said Michelle Peterson, CMO at Kendra Scott. “Every conversation is: who is the consumer, what is her name, what is the insight and how are we going to connect with her.”
Repeat Customers Drive Revenue
Seventy percent of revenue comes from repeat customers who shop five to six times per year. Core jewelry styles range from $50 to $150, with prices starting at $35.
The brand plans to expand from 138 stores to 200 locations within the next few years, with at least 15 new openings planned in 2024. Singapore-based 65 Equity Partners made a significant minority investment in September 2024, reportedly valuing the company at more than $1 billion.
