iFIT Inc. launched the NordicTrack Ultra 1 Reformer series, priced starting at $9,999, as the connected fitness company expands into the booming Pilates equipment market.

The Ultra Reformer Series includes two models. The Ultra 1 Reform RX-S features a silver-and-black finish with a reinforced frame and Smart Spine enclosed spring system. The Ultra 1 Reformer comes in Maple and Walnut finishes designed for home spaces.

Both models include a 21.5-inch HD touchscreen and offer up to 143 pounds of resistance through four push-button controls. The equipment supports users between 4’10” and 6’7″ with a 375-pound weight limit.

The reformer connects to iFIT’s content library, providing access to 75+ reformer-specific programs and over 200 mat Pilates workouts. iFIT partnered with Club Pilates and YogaSix to expand its digital content offerings for more than six million members.

“The Ultra 1 Reformer is the first Pilates machine that earns its place in your home,” said iFIT CEO Kevin Duffy. “Real equipment, personalized expert instruction, and the results we are all seeking.”

The launch follows iFIT’s acquisition of Reform RX in May 2025, marking the company’s strategic push into Pilates. Reform RX’s connected reformer technology includes laser sensors that track movement and deliver real-time feedback.

The Pilates equipment market was valued at $5.353 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $11.07 billion by 2035. The broader Pilates and yoga studios market is worth $120 billion in 2025, with projections reaching $521 billion by 2035.

Pre-orders began in December 2025, with the Ultra 1 Reformer becoming available for order starting May 19 at NordicTrack.com. The move positions iFIT to compete in the premium connected fitness segment as demand grows for low-impact, technology-enhanced exercise options.
